2+ years field service or commissioning experience in high-tech manufacturing or capital equipment
Valid driver's license and passport or ability to obtain one
Hands-on experience with automation, robotics, motors, conveyor systems, and pneumatics
Electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills at system and component level
Ability to measure AC/DC voltages and read mechanical/electrical schematics
Experience with bioreactors, cell culture, or pharmaceutical/biotech automation is advantageous

What you'll be doing

Install, commission, calibrate, and perform preventative maintenance on Ambr systems
Execute fault-finding and break-fix repairs across range of systems in field and office settings
Maintain accurate records of work performed, expenses, and product performance data
Establish relationships with customers, provide training on product use and best practices
Escalate unresolved technical issues to Product Support and Hardware Resource teams
