Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic equipment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web applications; valid driver's license required
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted and work after-hours or rotating on-call schedules
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; must comply with background checks and immunization requirements

What you'll be doing

Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, installation, validation, and maintenance on assigned medical equipment
Lead and mentor junior Field Engineers while managing customer communications as primary escalation point
Own customer issues end-to-end, coordinate across teams, and ensure timely resolution and documentation
Identify sales opportunities, recommend value-added services, and partner with commercial teams on account growth
Stay current on competitor information, administrative tasks, and provide clinical training on designated equipment
