Perform timely preventative maintenance on medical equipment at hospital and healthcare system facilities
Troubleshoot and execute basic service repairs on customer medical equipment
Assist experienced field engineers with equipment installations and complex repair procedures
Maintain customer relationships through timely communication, issue resolution, and follow-up
Document all work performed daily and adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements
