What you'll be doing

Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on assigned equipment
Assist senior field engineers with equipment installations and complex troubleshooting
Independently troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues within one year
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle service documentation and parts ordering
Identify sales opportunities, recommend value-added services, and maintain awareness of market trends
