Troubleshoot and execute basic service repairs on customer equipment independently
Assist experienced field engineers with installations and complex repair procedures
Document all work performed daily and maintain customer relationships through timely communication and follow-up
Adhere to regulatory compliance, hospital protocols, and company procedures for all service activities

Compensation$92,000-$160,000 annual (San Francisco location); national range $78,000-$117,000
