Role summary
This field-based role supports the launch and patient access of a rare disease neurology therapy. The manager will develop reimbursement strategies, educate healthcare providers on coverage and patient support services, coordinate across specialty pharmacy and infusion sites, and resolve access barriers. Requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years in biopharma reimbursement or market access, and 2+ years supporting medical benefit therapies, preferably in buy-and-bill models.

What you'll be doing
- Develop account-specific access and reimbursement plans aligned with product launch and site-of-care optimization
- Educate healthcare providers on patient support services and coordinate patient onboarding with Patient Services
- Build collaborative relationships across Sales, Patient Services, Account Directors and Medical to align strategy
- Guide providers in resolving access barriers including prior authorizations, denials and appeals
- Maintain provider relationships and proactively communicate payer policy and coding updates
