Role summary

- Preferred: 3–5 years access and reimbursement experience or specialty pharmacy network experience
What you'll be doing
- Conduct office calls with healthcare providers to support patient access and resolve reimbursement questions
- Educate office staff on Crinetics patient services programs, policies, and sponsored resources
- Serve as subject matter expert on reimbursement landscape, payer policies, and access barriers
- Coordinate with patient support center and specialty pharmacies to resolve coverage issues
- Deliver training to sales force, physicians, and billing personnel on patient programs and access processes
