Role summary

- Educate healthcare provider office staff on prior authorization, appeals, and submission procedures
- Maintain repository of plan-specific reimbursement criteria, forms, and submission procedures
- Monitor patient start trends and collaborate with Market Access team on emerging access challenges
- Provide factual reimbursement information to healthcare providers and serve as geographic reimbursement expert
