Role summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks an experienced FI/CO Technical Product Manager to lead the BEACON SAP ERP platform, which supports financial operations across 80+ countries for approximately 20,000 users. The role combines financial process expertise with SAP technical leadership to design, implement, and improve solutions for mission-critical global finance systems.

8+ years of SAP Finance implementations, solution architecture, or enterprise technology roles
Deep expertise in SAP Finance (FI) module with knowledge of MM, PS, and HR modules
Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, ABAP Objects, and SAP HANA SQL
Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and SOX compliance requirements
Experience with APIs, web services, and SAP/non-SAP system integrations
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in global enterprise environments

Lead solution design, development, and continuous improvement initiatives across the SAP ecosystem for global finance operations
Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions with defined value cases and measurable outcomes
Provide functional and technical leadership to development teams throughout solution lifecycles and implementation
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business partners to elicit requirements and deliver customer-focused solutions
Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, architectural standards, and quality requirements across all projects
