Role summary

- Experience with utility, HVAC, and refrigeration system optimization
- Preferred: cGMP pharmaceutical environment experience and formal problem-solving methodologies
- Preferred: Knowledge of mechanical codes, ASME, NFPA standards, and building automation systems
What you'll be doing
- Manage professional engineering staff and contractors; provide technical guidance to team members
- Lead capital projects for plant equipment replacement, upgrades, and process improvements
- Investigate operational deviations and implement corrective actions in collaboration with operations and quality teams
- Serve as subject matter expert on utility systems; troubleshoot and maintain chillers, boilers, HVAC, electrical distribution, and water treatment equipment
- Develop training materials and conduct GMP-compliant utility system training for site personnel
