What you'll be doing

Perform minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and building fabric repairs
Install internal and external signage, replace ceiling tiles, and complete snagging works
Maintain carparks, manage waste control, and respond promptly to maintenance requests
Liaise with contract providers for utilities, security, cleaning, pest control, and landscaping
Ensure compliance with GMP standards, health/safety requirements, and maintain organized work areas
