- EPA 608 Universal certification preferred

- Ability to read technical documents and perform basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting
What you'll be doing
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on HVAC systems and critical facility infrastructure
- Plan and execute special projects including renovations and upgrades assigned by Facilities Manager
- Manage emergency help line on rotating 24/7 basis and coordinate external service calls
- Perform basic plumbing, painting, lighting replacement, and ceiling tile repairs across multiple sites
- Assist with generator testing, equipment setup, contractor escorts, and facility events
Compensation$30.00–$35.00 per hour
