Role summary
RayzeBio seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and upkeep of building systems at its radiopharmaceutical manufacturing site in Indianapolis. - Familiarity with GMP, EHS, and NRC compliance standards
- Experience overseeing contractor TAB activities and HEPA certifications in cleanroom facilities
What you'll be doing
- Directly supervise, schedule, and develop a team of 3–5 Facilities Technicians
- Plan and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple building systems
- Coordinate scheduling, access, and quality verification for contractor and vendor work
- Oversee TAB and HEPA certification activities to meet GMP and cleanroom performance standards
- Maintain CMMS work order queue, track team KPIs, and report on maintenance performance
