Role summary
Integra LifeSciences seeks a Facilities Maintenance Planner to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facility systems and critical infrastructure in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. - Hands-on proficiency with Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (BMRAM)
- Strong data analytics capabilities and experience with Power BI or similar tools
- Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, ISO 13485, and asset lifecycle management principles
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for facility assets and utilities
- Administer Blue Mountain RAM system, maintain asset records, and ensure GMP and FDA compliance
- Analyze maintenance trends and equipment performance data to identify reliability improvements
- Coordinate service vendors, contractors, and spare parts inventory management
- Generate maintenance performance dashboards and KPIs for management review
