What they're looking for

  • Doctorate degree with 10+ years relevant experience, or Master's/MBBS with 12+ years, or Bachelor's with 10 years, or Associate's with 15 years
  • MD, PharmD, PhD, or DO with minimum 7+ years in scientific, publications, and medical content development
  • Prior experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development within biopharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercialization, regulatory guidelines, and prescription product promotion
  • Experience implementing publication guidelines (ICMJE, GPP Guidelines) and transparency standards
  • Strategic execution track record in matrix environments with ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and deliver high-quality scientific and medical content across multiple formats for US and global audiences
  • Draft publications including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations for scientific journals and congresses
  • Address complex medical information inquiries and escalations from external stakeholders
  • Create payer engagement content and support compendia submissions with timely delivery
  • Execute tactical scientific communication plans while ensuring regulatory compliance and process standardization
