What you'll be doing
- Assemble medical devices using hand tools and equipment at multiple work stations following work orders and technical drawings
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks under magnification; review colleague work and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain compliance with work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards; record device history and enter manufacturing data
- Complete inventory reconciliation at shift start and during work order transitions; clean and sanitize workstations
- Adhere to environmental health, safety, and cleanroom protocols; support continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency
