- Provide strategic leadership for Value, Access & Policy function and integrate priorities into corporate strategy
- Develop and execute strategies ensuring sustainable patient access to Amgen medicines nationally and regionally
- Shape healthcare policy environment through stakeholder relationship building with government, payers, and patient organizations
- Oversee contract negotiations, tender activities, and key account management across regions
- Build and lead high-performing Value, Access & Policy organization with cross-functional collaboration
Compensation€196,848–€266,324 annually
