Role summary
Tango Therapeutics seeks an Executive Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise-wide FP&A strategy and execution. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, this role will build and oversee a growing FP&A team while driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for a scaling precision oncology company.

What you'll be doing
- Lead annual operating plan, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range financial planning
- Partner with Clinical Operations to develop accurate clinical trial and late-stage development forecasts
- Serve as Finance representative on Global Program Teams to ensure strategic alignment and resource optimization
- Conduct cash runway analysis and scenario planning to inform capital and strategic decisions
- Build scalable FP&A capabilities, processes, and systems for a growing organization
