What you'll be doing

Own strategic relationship with DPTM leadership, translating scientific priorities into product and investment strategies
Lead Discovery and Translational Science product strategy, including vision, roadmaps, and investment prioritization
Build and evolve high-performing product teams leveraging data, analytics, and AI for scientific advancement
Resolve competing stakeholder priorities by establishing shared understanding of value and decision criteria
Partner with RaDS product leaders to define strategy and negotiate tradeoffs maximizing scientific and business value
