What you'll be doing
- Operate and monitor high-speed automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment on multiple processes
- Perform equipment changeovers, setup, and quality checks to ensure product meets specifications
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify quality problems, and document findings
- Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness; conduct on-the-job training for associates
- Participate in continuous improvement activities, self-directed team meetings, and compliance audits
