What you'll be doing

Commission, qualify, and maintain thin-film deposition systems including PVD, CVD, and ALD tools
Establish equipment specifications, acceptance criteria, and qualification protocols for new tools
Integrate in-situ characterization and metrology capabilities into lab infrastructure
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, vacuum, and process-equipment failures through root-cause analysis
Create equipment documentation, SOPs, and technical reports; establish standardized data pipelines

Compensation$200,000–$275,000 base, plus equity, commensurate with experience
