Role summary
Agilent seeks an Enterprise AI Product Lead to own a cross-functional pod delivering AI-driven solutions into regulated laboratory workflows. The role combines strategic accountability for use-case definition, KPI tracking, and adoption outcomes with operational leadership of a senior embedded team, managing dependencies across Legal, Quality, and IT while balancing near-term business value with reusable platform assets.

- Comfort with regulated environment constraints and GxP exposure preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 8+ years relevant experience
What you'll be doing
- Define use case scope, KPI targets, backlog sequencing with sponsor alignment
- Own kill criteria and recommend pivots or termination based on data
- Manage pod stakeholder alignment including Legal, Quality, and IT/Security gates
- Drive adoption and value realization through measured outcomes and telemetry
- Serve as dotted-line lead for pod engineers and escalation path for dependencies
