What you'll be doing

Build React and TypeScript frontends, Python backend services, and integrations with instruments and Benchling
Own features end-to-end from scientist requirements through data model, UI, and monitoring
Prototype and validate agentic tooling ideas with real users in iterative cycles
Observe lab workflows and partner with machine learning, automation, and biology teams
Design systems that maintain provenance and allow scientists to verify agent actions
