7+ years hands-on technical experience in manufacturing, engineering development, or precision assembly environments
Proven ability troubleshooting and improving manufacturing equipment, tooling, fixtures, and electromechanical systems
Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation; using measurement and fabrication tools
Experience collecting, documenting, and communicating build, process, or experimental data
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with engineers and cross-functional teams
Technical, Associate degree, or apprenticeship with relevant experience preferred
Experience with implantable medical devices, precision assemblies, or high-reliability manufacturing environments preferred

What you'll be doing

Support development and execution of precision assembly and manufacturing processes for implantable medical device components
Prototype, build, test, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing equipment, tooling, fixtures, and assembly methods with engineers
Execute engineering builds and feasibility studies including material coordination, data collection, and results documentation
Develop and implement tooling, fixtures, gauges, and manufacturing solutions to improve process performance and repeatability
Collaborate with internal and external manufacturing partners on pilot builds, process transfers, and training activities
