What you'll be doing
- Optimize manufacturing processes using lean and six sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste

- Lead statistical analysis, process investigations, and corrective/preventive actions for non-conformances
- Partner cross-functionally on quality improvements, new product introductions, and lifecycle management projects
- Develop training programs and monitor performance metrics to achieve targeted KPIs
