Role summary
AstraZeneca seeks an Engagement Analyst to process and coordinate compliant contracts for healthcare provider and patient engagements across advisory boards, consulting, and speaking programs. The role manages intake, contracting, compliance checks, and payments coordination while ensuring first-time-right quality and transparency reporting.

What you'll be doing
- Review incoming requests for completeness, triage to correct teams, and maintain queue management and case aging targets
- Guide stakeholders through contract approvals, apply policy standards including FMV and utilization rules, ensure executed agreements before program start
- Perform due diligence checks, collect and store required documentation, and capture transparency data elements per SOPs
- Partner with Payments team to coordinate payment initiation and resolve exceptions
- Identify compliance risks, document decisions, maintain audit readiness, and contribute to process improvements and training materials
