Role summary
Danaher's Beckman Coulter Life Sciences seeks an experienced analyst to support EMEA commercial incentive compensation programs. The role involves territory mapping, quota setting, plan administration, and sales performance analytics across multiple countries.

- Minimum 6 years in Incentive Compensation, Sales Compensation, or related commercial functions
- Experience supporting complex multi-country sales organizations in EMEA or global regions
- Deep knowledge of incentive compensation design, sales performance management, and quota methodologies
- Proficiency in compensation modeling, financial analysis, scenario planning, and analytics
- Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, Power Query, and pivot table analysis (preferred)
- Experience with compensation platforms like SAP Callidus, Xactly, or Varicent (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Support annual territory mapping and quota-setting processes through data preparation and validation
- Administer incentive compensation plans including setup, tracking, calculations, and issue resolution
- Validate sales performance, revenue, quota, and payout data for accuracy and consistency
- Maintain governance documentation of plan rules, assumptions, calculations, and approval records
