Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Lead deployment, maturity assessment, and continuous improvement of the EHS Management System
- Oversee alignment of EHS programs with Global EHS Management Standards and regulatory requirements
- Establish governance framework for monitoring program health, effectiveness, and performance
- Coach and develop EHS Program Leads and operational leaders on EHS responsibilities
- Support internal and external audit readiness and compliance activities
