- Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CRSP, or CHMM preferred
- Ability to travel at least 25% and work across multiple sites
What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary safety contact, providing coaching and support to operational leaders and employees
- Conduct safety walks, ergonomic observations, risk assessments, and inspections to identify hazards
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation
- Develop and deliver EHS training, safety stand downs, and employee engagement activities
- Analyze incident and performance data to identify trends and drive proactive risk reduction initiatives
