Role summary
Radiometer seeks an EHS Professional to manage workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance at its Stargard manufacturing facility. The role involves conducting risk assessments, maintaining safety standards, performing audits, and collaborating with internal teams and external authorities to ensure regulatory adherence.

- Minimum 3-4 years experience in similar EHS role
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Knowledge of Polish Labor Law, Fire Safety Procedures, and Regulations
- Strong interpersonal and team communication skills
- Organized, independent, accurate, and punctual work approach
- Fire safety officer license or FM Global standard (preferred)
- ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2018, or Internal Auditor certifications (advantageous)

- Maintain and monitor environmental, health, and safety standards across the plant
- Assess occupational and environmental risks at workplace locations
- Conduct internal audits and prepare compliance reports and analyses
- Develop and implement detailed safety instructions and procedures
- Build safety awareness and promote proactive occupational health culture
