Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks an I2C Collections & Dispute Management Analyst to manage customer collections, accounts receivable, and dispute resolution within the Invoice-to-Cash process. The role supports high-value customer portfolios, ensuring timely cash collection, accurate dispute resolution, and compliance with internal controls and service level agreements.

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or related business discipline
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience in Invoice to Cash processes
- Extensive expertise in collections and dispute management, preferably healthcare or pharma industry
- Strong customer engagement and negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent English communication, oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; SAP knowledge preferred
What you'll be doing
- Manage customer collections and receivables through proactive follow-ups, engagement, negotiation, and dispute resolution
- Own end-to-end dispute management for key accounts, including investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution
- Monitor collection performance and KPIs against Service Level Agreements and perform AR forecasting and trend analysis
- Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to resolve complex collection and revenue matters
- Support management with ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and special projects to drive process improvements
