Role summary
Director-level position leading end-to-end supply chain operations for spine, biomaterials, and orthopedic device portfolios across global manufacturing and distribution networks. Reports to VP of Spine, Sports, and CMFT Supply Chain, with responsibility for strategic planning, operational excellence, and integration of acquired entities.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, supply chain, or related field
- 12+ years of progressive supply chain, manufacturing operations, or related experience
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Strategic supply chain planning and end-to-end operations management expertise
- Global manufacturing and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Capital investment planning and cost optimization experience
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capability
What you'll be doing
- Lead supply chain execution for spine biomaterials, MIS, and enabling technologies business units globally
- Develop and align continuous supply chain plans with business strategy across all organizational levels
- Establish performance metrics and targets focused on reliability, innovation, profitability, and cash flow
- Manage portfolio of supply chain projects driving improvement in capacity, compliance, digitalization, and cost
- Drive continuous cost improvements in gross profit and COGS while maintaining quality and customer service standards
