- Facilitate intake and kickoff activities, reviewing initiative scope, dependencies, and expected outcomes
- Establish governance and reporting cadence with regular scorecard reviews and performance assessments
- Escalate material risks, variances, and gaps; support corrective actions and re-baselining decisions
