Role summary

Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of GI Analytics to lead analytics strategy for its gastrointestinal cancer portfolio. This role partners across commercial, medical, and clinical teams to generate insights from patient and market data that inform launch planning and business decisions. Based in Redwood City with remote flexibility.

8+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare analytics, or consulting experience
Oncology analytics expertise; PDAC and/or CRC experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated expertise with healthcare claims, EMR, and oncology data sources
Strong understanding of cancer treatment landscape and biomarker-driven markets
Experience translating complex data into actionable business recommendations

What you'll be doing

Lead analytics strategy and execution for gastrointestinal cancer portfolio
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop analyses addressing key business questions
Generate insights from patient, physician, claims, and market-level data to inform strategy
Develop analyses on patient identification, biomarker testing, treatment sequencing, and adoption barriers
Design segmentation and targeting analyses; monitor competitive landscape and standards of care
