Role summary
Danaher seeks a Global Director to oversee project management and commissioning for Food & Beverage systems globally. This leadership role manages the complete project lifecycle, ensures on-time delivery within budget, and builds a high-performing team while driving operational excellence through Danaher Business System principles.

What you'll be doing
- Lead global project management organization and establish standardized processes, governance, and performance metrics aligned with Danaher Business Systems
- Ensure effective project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, cost control, and customer communication across all regions
- Oversee global commissioning organization responsible for startup, testing, and customer acceptance with standardized work
- Own global risk management process including identification, mitigation, escalation, and governance of project risks
- Lead, coach, and develop global team of Project Managers and Commissioning Engineers through talent development and continuous improvement
