Track record leading transformation initiatives and applying new technologies or operating models
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation capabilities
Ability to influence and lead complex initiatives in matrixed environments

What you'll be doing

Provide strategic and operational leadership for Bone Health Business Unit, ensuring effective planning and coordination across Marketing, Sales, and partners
Lead and coordinate annual and long-range planning processes, manage operating cadence, and drive performance-management and business-reporting processes
Facilitate Marketing-Sales integration and alignment on brand strategy, field execution, and commercial priorities
Lead cross-functional strategic projects advancing commercial strategy, operating model, and AI tool adoption
Develop key presentations, reports, and communications for governance meetings and translate strategic priorities into integrated plans with clear accountabilities
