What you'll be doing

Lead strategic and operational oversight of global sample logistics team managing domestic and international shipments and clinical sample lifecycle
Develop scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and business continuity plans supporting pipeline growth and regulatory requirements
Ensure sample integrity and compliance with FDA, EMA, IATA, DOT, CDC, and GCLP standards through temperature-controlled transport
Drive automation, robotics, and digital innovation initiatives to improve visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency
Manage vendor governance, courier performance, and external partnerships while representing Vaccines in cross-functional forums
