Track program progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies for portfolio acceleration
Escalate critical issues to VP leadership and operating committees as needed
Lead portfolio reviews and increase visibility of key projects with senior stakeholders
Partner with cross-functional teams on innovation goals, governance processes, and strategic alignment
