Role summary

Director-level program lead position overseeing clinical development of Tulisokibart, an immunology asset for IBD. Leads global, cross-functional teams through all phases of clinical trials from strategy to post-market approval, with accountability for operational execution, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Bachelor's degree plus 12 years pharmaceutical/clinical development experience (or Master's plus 9 years, or PhD/PharmD plus 6 years)
  • Expert knowledge of GCP and ICH regulations
  • Strong clinical program management and leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage direct reports and supervise teams
  • Experience with global clinical trial execution in gastroenterology or autoimmune/immune-mediated disorders (highly preferred)
  • Knowledge of clinical trial vendor management and protocol development
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills

What you'll be doing

  • Direct operational execution of clinical trial suite for Tulisokibart IBD program
  • Lead cross-functional teams in program planning, regulatory interactions, and governance activities
  • Manage resource planning, hiring, and supervision of clinical scientists and study managers
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including KOLs and vendors
  • Support scientific leadership initiatives including publications and meeting presentations
