Lead teams covering process development, scale-up, tech transfer, and validation readiness
Own and execute end-to-end process development strategies from preclinical through commercialization
Develop platform approaches to improve efficiency of advancing therapeutic portfolio
Oversee manufacturer relationships and support CDMO selection for commercial production
