Role summary
Merck seeks a Director to lead operational strategy and execution for a novel mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy in oncology. The role oversees end-to-end operational ecosystem design, cross-functional coordination, and commercial readiness across manufacturing, logistics, and treatment sites.

- Serve as commercial owner of end-to-end operational ecosystem, designing and optimizing processes for seamless treatment delivery
- Define operational strategy and governance framework supporting launch readiness, commercial execution, and long-term scalability
- Lead cross-functional alignment across internal teams and external partners including manufacturing, supply chain, and treatment sites
- Establish operational performance management including KPIs, service level objectives, dashboards, and demand planning
- Build and lead the Individualized Therapy Operations organization, including treatment journey strategy and centralized coordination capabilities
