Serve as primary strategic HR advisor to Commercial leadership on organizational effectiveness and talent strategy
Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives supporting portfolio expansion and launches
Partner on talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership capability development across therapeutic areas
Drive organizational readiness for major commercial launches including structure optimization and capability assessment
Develop and recommend multi-year workforce strategies aligned with business growth objectives
