Role summary

Knowledge of health economics, billing, coding, payment systems, and hospital financial operations
Ability to travel up to 50% domestically
5+ years in field-based, consultative, or administrative healthcare roles (preferred)
Experience with reimbursement, sales, and payer landscape navigation (preferred)

What you'll be doing

Develop and deliver THV value messages to hospital stakeholders; synthesize health economic analytics and communicate customer feedback to leadership
Build relationships with hospital executives, physicians, and administrators to support THV program establishment and reimbursement planning
Manage coverage policy issues and serve as intermediary with CMS, MAC, Medicaid, VA, and commercial payers
Support regional and territory sales managers in developing and implementing strategic initiatives within assigned geography
Identify market trends and customer needs; provide strategic insight to aligned business partners across sales, marketing, government affairs, and medical affairs
