Role summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of Global Commercial Strategy for Precision Medicine to support the design and execution of commercial strategies across precision medicine-enabled therapies. This role partners across R&D, commercial, and regional teams to inform strategy, shape market readiness, and drive adoption of precision medicine treatments.

Strong executive presence, leadership skills, and ability to work in matrixed environments
Strong analytical and communication skills to translate complex technical information
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

What you'll be doing

Shape asset strategy and portfolio decisions using precision medicine market intelligence and regional insights
Enable market conditions required for precision medicine-enabled assets to achieve commercial potential
Oversee diagnostic partnerships with testing laboratories and manufacturers, coordinating governance and partner education
Collaborate with Global Brand Teams, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and R&D to implement commercial PM strategy
Monitor competitive landscape and anticipate challenges in precision medicine-enabled asset commercialization
