Role summary
Azenta seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Director to lead FP&A strategy for a growing public life sciences company. The role involves developing strategic and operating plans, delivering financial insights to executives and the Board, and building analytical capabilities across the finance organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 10+ years progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles

What you'll be doing
- Lead annual operating plan and multi-year strategic planning cycles with cross-functional collaboration
- Provide proactive financial analysis and business insights to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Monitor performance against plans and develop leading indicators in partnership with operating teams
- Build data analytics and business intelligence capabilities to enhance reporting and business systems
- Prepare business cases, M&A analysis, and materials for investor relations and Board communications
