Director-level field marketing leadership role for oncology pharmaceutical diagnostics segment. What you'll be doing

Manage and mentor Regional Field Marketing Managers to deliver regional marketing execution and performance outcomes
Plan and execute regional demand generation initiatives including awareness campaigns and educational programming addressing clinical barriers
Partner with sales leadership to develop compliant, territory-specific go-to-market plans and customer activation activities
Design and track KPIs for regional marketing including lead generation, campaign response, physician attendance, and site conversion
Integrate field insights into brand and strategy through compliant reporting and participation in brand planning meetings and launches
