Role summary

- Extensive experience in drug product development for small-molecule and/or biologic pharmaceuticals
- Expertise in formulation design, process development, and scale-up across multiple dosage forms
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality-by-design, risk management, and regulatory frameworks (IND, NDA, BLA)
- Experience managing external partners (CROs, CDMOs) and overseeing clinical manufacturing
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and technical leadership capabilities
What you'll be doing
- Define and execute phase-appropriate drug product strategies for early- and late-stage programs
- Lead formulation and process development for oral solids, injectables, lyophilized, and aseptic fill-finish products
- Oversee clinical drug product manufacturing and supply from early studies through registration
- Establish quality attributes, critical parameters, specifications, and control strategies using QbD principles
- Author and review regulatory submissions (INDs, CTAs, IMPDs, NDAs, BLAs) and manage partner relationships
