Role summary

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Engineering, Packaging Science, or related engineering discipline
- 6–8 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated industry packaging experience
- Demonstrated commercial packaging operations, engineering, or technical support experience
- Experience managing technical oversight of external CMOs or contract packaging sites
- Strong knowledge of primary packaging systems, equipment qualification, and validation
- cGMP compliance and regulatory knowledge in packaging context
What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary packaging technical contact for assigned CMOs with day-to-day oversight
- Assess CMO packaging site capability, capacity, and readiness for commercial and future demand
- Manage packaging technical transfers including planning, site readiness, and post-transfer monitoring
- Direct packaging equipment and process qualification, validation, PPQ, and CPV activities
- Investigate packaging deviations, manage CAPAs, and support regulatory compliance and audits
