Drive AI Nexus adoption through demonstrated value and culture-driven change management across Global Program Teams
Build networks of champions and stakeholders to shape and actively use AI-integrated workflows
Track adoption metrics and return on investment, reporting impact on decision quality, speed, and portfolio outcomes
