Role summary
Danaher seeks a Director of Communications Technology & Insights to lead enterprise communications technology strategy, platform governance, and analytics capabilities. The role designs integrated systems and delivers data-driven insights across the global organization, reporting to the VP of Communications Operations.

What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute enterprise communications technology strategy aligned with organizational roadmap
- Manage CommTech ecosystem end-to-end including platform selection, implementation, and vendor partnerships
- Oversee core platform optimization including analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and media CRM governance
- Build communications insights dashboards and measurement frameworks translating activity into strategic KPIs
- Standardize workflows and drive adoption through governance models, training, and continuous improvement
